In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013), also called the POPI Act or POPIA, CA Support requires the consent of its candidates, clients, and service providers to store and process their personal information. This may include identity numbers, full names, addresses, contact details, and other relevant personal information necessary for recruitment purposes.

During the normal course of business, CA Support may gather personal details of candidates and clients. CA Support hereby undertakes to use this information solely for recruitment and placement purposes. Should we intend to use this information for any other reason, we will seek your consent.

We may disclose your personal information to a prospective employer involved in the recruitment process and service delivery. We may also disclose your information where required by law, regulatory obligations, or industry codes.

CA Support is committed to ensuring that personal information remains secure and will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected. We are legally obliged to provide adequate protection for the personal information we hold and to prevent any unauthorized access and/or use.
