Since 1998, we have been dedicated to helping employers find the perfect candidates and assisting candidates in securing their ideal jobs.

Our journey began when our founder, Heleda (Theron) du Plessis, recognised a gap in the recruitment of accounting professionals in the Western Cape during her tenure as Human Resource Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Seeing the growing demand, she took the initiative to provide specialised recruitment services for accounting roles, initially catering to PricewaterhouseCoopers’ clients.

What started as a niche focus soon expanded, and today, CA Support offers recruitment services and HR support across a diverse range of industries, ensuring businesses connect with top talent and professionals find the right opportunities.

Nadine Pieters

Director and Talent Advisor

Nadine became part of CA Support in 2005, bringing with her valuable experience from the housing and motor industries in both Johannesburg and the United Kingdom.

She earned her B.Consumer Science degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000, laying the foundation for her expertise in the recruitment field.

She firmly believes that personalised service and a genuine commitment to helping people—whether clients or candidates—are essential to successful recruitment.

Francois joined CA Support in late 2011 following a successful career in the financial services sector, having worked with PWC, Capitec Bank, and the private group of companies of Dr. Christo Wiese.

His commitment to professional growth led him to attend the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership and earn an invitation to the Daimler World Dialogue in Stuttgart. He has completed his B.A., B.Compt, and MBA studies, equipping him with a strong foundation in finance and leadership.

He believes in the power of making a meaningful impact on people’s lives and fostering long-term connections—principles that reflect the integrity with which CA Support operates.

Kerry has 15 years of experience in the HR field with amongst others, a market leader in the Agri sector. Kerryn focused on HR systems, statutory compliance and submissions and recruitment; and adds significant value through her process thinking.
